What Is The Hair Drug Test Process?
A certified hair collection specialist will cut approximately 120 strands of hair (about the internal diameter of a straw), utilize a chain of custody procedure and send the hair to a certified laboratory for analysis. Drug testing centers and laboratories require at least 1.5 inches of hair from the crown portion of the head to perform this test and is the only way to certify the results for 90 days. 
How Long Do Drugs Stay in Your System for a Hair Drug Test?
The average growth of an individual’s head hair is approximately 1.3 cm (1/2 inch per month), therefore hair at the length of 1.5 inches will be validated for that 90-day lookback period.  Hair generally needs to come from the head, however if the donor does not have head hair certain testing centers can use hair from chest, leg or arm pit.
How Long It Take to Receive Hair Drug Test Results?
Once the hair has been analyzed by a certified laboratory, they will then be reviewed and then verified by a Medical Review Officer (licensed Physician) who will release the results. Generally, a negative hair drug test result is available in 3-4 business days and a non-negative hair drug test is available in approximately 5-7 business days from when the hair specimen reaches the laboratory for analysis. Urine cut-off levels are expressed in nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL) or as a weight of drug per unit volume of urine. Introduction to Lakota

Lakota is a city in Kossuth County, Iowa, United States. The population was 255 at the 2010 census. Prior to 1919, the town was known as Germania.

The present town of Lakota was originally named Germania. The original town site of Germania was surveyed and filed for record by the Northern Iowa Land and Town Lot Company, August 26, 1892. The town received its name from the German heritage of many of the early settlers in the area. In 1918, the hysteria of World War I was sweeping the country. Residents couldn't change their origin to protect themselves from the popular hatred of the time, but they could take the stigma of all things German from the town by wiping its name off the map, which they did. An election was held on October 1, 1918 to vote to change the name of Germania, Iowa to Lakota, Iowa. A canvas of the votes showed there were 48 yes and 32 no votes cast. Mayor J. Gus Thaves filed the certificate changing the name to Lakota at the Kossuth County Courthouse on October 16, 1918. However the name was not officially changed by the post office until August 5, 1919. The town was renamed Lakota, an Indian word with several different translations. Some say Lakota means "beautiful prairie" or as other translations say Lakota means "plenty", others say it means "allies".

Lakota is located at 43°22′41″N 94°5′39″W / 43.37806°N 94.09417°W / 43.37806; -94.09417 (43.377953, -94.094274).
