What Is The Hair Drug Test Process?
A certified hair collection specialist will cut approximately 120 strands of hair (about the internal diameter of a straw), utilize a chain of custody procedure and send the hair to a certified laboratory for analysis. Drug testing centers and laboratories require at least 1.5 inches of hair from the crown portion of the head to perform this test and is the only way to certify the results for 90 days. 
How Long Do Drugs Stay in Your System for a Hair Drug Test?
The average growth of an individual’s head hair is approximately 1.3 cm (1/2 inch per month), therefore hair at the length of 1.5 inches will be validated for that 90-day lookback period.  Hair generally needs to come from the head, however if the donor does not have head hair certain testing centers can use hair from chest, leg or arm pit.
How Long It Take to Receive Hair Drug Test Results?
Once the hair has been analyzed by a certified laboratory, they will then be reviewed and then verified by a Medical Review Officer (licensed Physician) who will release the results. Generally, a negative hair drug test result is available in 3-4 business days and a non-negative hair drug test is available in approximately 5-7 business days from when the hair specimen reaches the laboratory for analysis. Introduction to Kamiah

Kamiah (/ˈkæmi.aɪ/ (listen) KAM-ee-eye) is a city in Idaho and Lewis counties in the U.S. state of Idaho. The largest city in Lewis County, it extends only a small distance into Idaho County, south of Lawyer Creek. The population was 1,295 at the 2010 census, up from 1,160 in 2000. The city lies in the narrow valley of the Clearwater River; downstream are Orofino and Lewiston, at the confluence with the Snake River.

The Kamiah area has been inhabited by the Nez Perce for centuries. The name "Kamiah" is Nez Perce for "many rope litters," as Nez Perce manufactured "Kamia" ropes in the area to fish steelhead. Also according to Nez Perce tradition, the Appaloosa horse was first bred in the area.

On their return trip east, the Lewis and Clark Expedition camped in the Kamiah area for several weeks during the spring of 1806, waiting for snows to melt.
