What Is The Hair Drug Test Process?
A certified hair collection specialist will cut approximately 120 strands of hair (about the internal diameter of a straw), utilize a chain of custody procedure and send the hair to a certified laboratory for analysis. Drug testing centers and laboratories require at least 1.5 inches of hair from the crown portion of the head to perform this test and is the only way to certify the results for 90 days. 
How Long Do Drugs Stay in Your System for a Hair Drug Test?
The average growth of an individual’s head hair is approximately 1.3 cm (1/2 inch per month), therefore hair at the length of 1.5 inches will be validated for that 90-day lookback period.  Hair generally needs to come from the head, however if the donor does not have head hair certain testing centers can use hair from chest, leg or arm pit.
How Long It Take to Receive Hair Drug Test Results?
Once the hair has been analyzed by a certified laboratory, they will then be reviewed and then verified by a Medical Review Officer (licensed Physician) who will release the results. Generally, a negative hair drug test result is available in 3-4 business days and a non-negative hair drug test is available in approximately 5-7 business days from when the hair specimen reaches the laboratory for analysis. Urine cut-off levels are expressed in nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL) or as a weight of drug per unit volume of urine. Introduction to Fulton

Fulton is an unincorporated community and census-designated place located in southern Howard County, Maryland, in the United States. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 2,049.

The land was first surveyed by Thomas Browne, known as the "Patuxent Ranger", in 1700. In the mid 1700s Richard Snowden, the Quaker grandson of one of Maryland's first iron ore producers, purchased tracts of land up the Patuxent River valley. Fulton was then known as Queen Caroline Parish. In 1803 Rezin Hammond settled on a parcel of the land, and by 1805 Fulton was known as Hammond Directions and Snowden Second Addition. In 1855 German immigrants settled in the area.

By 1871, St Paul's Lutheran was founded to serve the German farming community and was expanded in 1933. By 1878 Fulton opened school house #3, a one-room school house for white children a half mile west of town that operated until 1939. The area was referred to as "Water's Store", for Richard Waters' blacksmith operation and post office which opened on December 29, 1874.
